Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 large celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup toasted pecans
4 cups lettice or baby greens

Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, orange zest and lemon juice.
Add the apples, chicken, celery and grapes and toss to coat the ingredients with the dressing.
Divide the greens among 4 plates and spoon the apple mixture over the top.
Sprinkle pecans on top of each, and serve. Enjoy!
