Almond and Chocolate Chip Cookies

 
 
Ingredients:

1 (14 Ounce) Bag of Sweetened Coconut

2/3 Cup Almond Flour

1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt

3/4 Cup Almonds, chopped

2 Cups Dark Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract (or Coconut Extract)

1 (14 ounce) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350, then line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl mix together coconut, flour, salt, chopped almonds and chocolate chips.

In another bowl mix together vanilla extract, almond extract and sweetened condensed milk then stir into the coconut mixture.

Scoop out a small 1 1/2 " ball of dough and drop onto a cookie sheet, 2" apart, then flatten cookie dough some.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of cookies is golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving and enjoy!
