Stir Fry Vegetables


2 Tbsp. Planters Peanut Oil
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup red pepper cut into strips
1/3 cup green onion sliced
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium
Add broccoli, peppers and onions
Stir-fry 8 minutes or until crisp-tender
Stir in remaining ingredients
Cook until heated through, stirring constantly
