Apple Chips


4 apples, thinly sliced

4 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 200°F.
Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
Put apples slices on cooling rack with no overlapping apples.
Cook for 2-3 hours, turning apples halfway through.
Bake until dried out and the slices are still pliable.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Apples will crisp while cooling.
