Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium high heat.
Add honey, lemon juice and garlic, stir to combine, cook 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
Pour half of the honey garlic butter from the pan, leave 2 tablespoons and reserve the rest for later.
Add 2 teaspoons of oil into the pan and sear half of the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer cooked shrimp to a plate then set aside.
Wipe pan over with a paper towel and repeat with remaining oil and shrimp.
Put cooked shrimp back into the pan and pour in the remaining honey garlic butter sauce.
Stir the sauce with the shrimp to evenly coat.
Season with salt and pepper if desired and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
