Cheesy Chicken and Bacon Casserole


8 Ounces Small Shells Pasta

2 Tablespoons Butter

2 Tablespoons Flour

1 Clove Garlic Minced

1 Cup Heavy Cream

1/4 Cup Any flavor Ranch Dressing

2 Cups Cooked Chicken, Shredded

Salt and Pepper

1 Cup Mozzarella, shredded

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

3 Sliced Bacon cooked and chopped

Parsley for garnish

For the Pan

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Clove of garlic

Preheat oven to 350.

Melt butter and whisk in garlic.

Cook until fragrant, whisk in flour.

Whisk mixture for 30-60 seconds.

While whisking, pour in heavy cream.

Add ranch and season with salt, to taste.

Cook until sauce begins to thicken, 2-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

Remove sauce from heat.

Drain pasta.

Mix cheeses together.

In a 9" x 13" pan, rub butter and clove of garlic everywhere.

Add half of the pasta and top with half of the chicken. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Pour half of the sauce over the top and sprinkle with half of the cheeses.

Repeat with the last half of the ingredients and top with bacon at the end.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve!
