Chocolate Carmel Samoa Pie


8 Oz. cream cheese, at room teampture

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 cup caramel, divided, plus more for drizzling

2 cup heavy cream

1 store bought pie crust

1 cup shredded coconut, toasted

Melted dark chocolate, for drizzling

One 3.5 Oz. bar dark chocolate, chopped into chunks

For the Pie

Beat cream cheese, both sugars and 1/2 cup caramel until fluffy and combined.

Add heavy cream then beat until peaks form.

Add mixture to pie crust and smooth top.

Refrigerate pie until firm, 6 hours.

For the Topping

Mix together coconut and 1 cup caramel until combined.

Spread remaining 1/2 cup caramel on top of chilled pie, then coconut mixture, press down to make an even layer.

Drizzle caramel and melted chocolate on top and serve. Enjoy!
