Kale and Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is good for using the extra kale or spinach you have on hand. Yum!
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup raw kale or spinach, chopped very fine

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325, then line a baking pan with parchment paper. Dice kale or spinach very fine.
Combine dry ingredients except kale in a bowl, then stir in the rest.
Stir until a cookie dough texture is achieved.
Roll into balls, then bake for 11 minutes.
Cookies look underdone, remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes, they will crisp up. Enjoy!
