Vegan Pizza


1 pizza crust homemade or storebought

¼ to ½ cup hummus to cover crust

1 bell pepper green or red, sliced

1 tomato diced

1 can artichoke hearts in water 14 Oz., drained

½ cup baby spinach or other baby greens

Prepare pizza crust according to package directions.

Spread hummus on pizza crust.

Spread veggies on top.

Warm Pizza in your oven as needed.

Slice and enjoy!
