Easy Baked Apple Fritters

Fall is apple season, when apples are at their best!
Ingredients:
For the Apple Fritters
1 tube (16 ounces) original flaky biscuits
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup apple, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Glaze
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 to 6 teaspoons water
For the Apple Fritters
1 tube (16 ounces) original flaky biscuits

2 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Glaze
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 to 6 teaspoons water
Directions:
For the Apple Fritters
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut each of the 8 biscuits into 10 pieces.
In a large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, sugar and cinnamon.
Stir in the chopped apple.
Drop 1/4 cup scoopfuls of dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, pressing each into a 3-inch fritter.
Drizzle melted butter over the fritters.
Bake for 14 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the Fritters are baking, prepare the glaze.
For the Glaze
Make glaze by combining sugar, vanilla and 3 teaspoons of water.
Add more water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until a pourable consistency is reached.
Remove Fritter from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled fritters and let dry. Enjoy!
