Blueberry and Peach Cream Cheese Bake

Servings: 8
Make this for dessert or breakfast and it's made with store bought bisckets. Yum!
Ingredients:
2.5 cups frozen peaches
1.5 cups frozen blueberries
one 7.5 Oz. package of biscuits
1/2 Tbsp sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
6 Oz. cream cheese spread
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2.5 cups frozen peaches
1.5 cups frozen blueberries
one 7.5 Oz. package of biscuits
1/2 Tbsp sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
6 Oz. cream cheese spread
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350, then spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with non stick spray.
Layer frozen fruit on the bottom.
Cut 10 biscuits into 6 pieces each, then put in a bag and add sugar and cinnamon in, shake to coat biscuits.
Evenly place dough pieces on top of fruit.
Beat together cream cheese, egg, vanilla, milk, flour and 1 Tbsp sugar.
Mix to well blend, then pour mixture on top of biscuits and fruit.
Bake for 35 minutes or until cheese is settled.
Then chill in your fridge for at least one hour or longer, as it will make it easier to cut.
Cut into 8 equal servings. Enjoy!
