Ranch Pork Chops


For the Ranch Seasoning

1/2 cup dry buttermilk

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 tablespoon dried chives

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional

For the Pork Chops

6 Pork Chops

4 Tablespoons softened salt-less butter

2 Tablespoons Ranch seasoning divided

2 pounds baby potatoes, quartered

4 to 6 Shallots, sliced

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

For the Ranch Seasoning

In a food processor, pulse the ingredients until well combined, 1 to 2 minutes.

For the Pork Chops

Mix 1 Tablespoon Ranch seasoning with the butter until well combined.

Rub mixture onto pork chops.

Sear pork chops in a hot skillet, 30 seconds per side.

Put potatoes in slow cooker, pour in broth

Add sliced Shallots and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning.

Put pork chops on top.

Cover, cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
