Preheat your oven to 400, then line a 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment.
Add half of the bread cubes to the pan.
Toss raspberries with one tablespoon sugar and flour.
Sprinkle 2/3 of the raspberries over the bread cubes.
Top with remaining bread cubes, then remaining raspberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, and 1/4 cup sugar.
Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes, distributing evenly.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the french toast is golden brown on top.
