Spicy Salmon Tacos


1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1" cubes

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

Shredded lettuce

8 corn tortillas (6"), warmed

1 1/2 teaspoons black sesame seeds

Toss salmon with hoisin sauce.

In a large fry pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Cook salmon for 3 to 5 minutes, turn to brown all sides.

Serve salmon and lettuce in tortillas, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Top with a salsa of your choice. Enjoy!
