Stuffed Pork Chops


4 five oz center cut pork chops

2 tsp bread crumbs

2 slices mozzarella, cut in half

2 slices prosciutto, cut in half

12 leaves baby spinach

1/4 tsp crushed garlic

1/4 tsp salt

black pepper

spray oil

Preheat oven to 425.

Cut a pocket on one side of pork chops leaving the other sides in tact.

Stuff each pork chop with 1/2 slice prosciutto

1/2 slice cheese and 3 leaves spinach.

Season the chops with salt and pepper then place on a baking sheet.

Top with crushed garlic, bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes.
