Summer Graze Board



8 cups sliced mixed stone fruit peaches, plums, nectarines, apricots
2 cups seedless grapes
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 lemon juiced
2 tablespoons honey
fresh mint


Slice and remove pits from stone fruit, and keep fruit separate in bowls.
In a small bowl, stir or whisk together honey and lemon juice until well combined.
Arrange fruit on a platter and drizzle with dressing.
Wrap tightly and chill in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
Garnish with berries, grapes and mint. Enjoy!
