Taco Pie

Ingredients:
1 Lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup salsa
1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded, divided
4 large eggs
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9" pie pan with butter or coconut oil. Heat a large iron skillet, add ground beef and break into small pieces with a spoon or spatula. Cook, stirring occasionally until browned. Drain beef and stir in taco seasoning then set aside and continue with the next step. Whisk together eggs and cream then stir in green onions, salsa, 3/4 cup of cheese and salt. Stir taco meat into egg mixture and pour it into a pie pan, then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your Taco pie with your favorite taco toppings, like salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or sliced green onions.
